Ok the recent thread on Why don't you buy non WOTC stuff got me to thinking about what game stuff I could use and would snap right up if I had it
My list would be
Good Harn-like maps of real castles with no grid at all, just a scale
City maps-- Overhead views ala some of the realms stuff. Make these for big citys and little reallistic ones too.
Interesting Site maps (A pagoda, A cave complex, villages whatever)
A transparent hex overlay I could write on and use with your big building maps. Transparent squares I wouldn't need but most gamers would
City books that are totally system agnostic-- maybe rate skils in dots and give conversion info or include a handout with system stats. I don't mean cities of Harn though they are excellent they are rather world specific i could use a bigger one
A good "city generator" ala Knuckledusters cowtown creator. Set it up with different levels of magic in mind so I can do none/subtle, low, medium, d20 medium, high, d20 high whatever without trouble
A gamers guide to the life at low tech-- Not just a middle ages book but I would love demograhic details of life at ren-faire tech level or whatever. Include the effects of magic as above
A good flexible and less wierd background/lifepath deal for Fantasy thats not Central Casting
