And I agree about the WOTC one, they need to refine it a bit. But it obviously has the best info (being from the source and all).

Sons of Kryos is the definitive gaming podcast. Every gamer who listens to podcasts should be following it. The Durham 3 are also worth your time. The D&D Podcast is, IMO, awesome. If you like D&D, you ought to listen. Clyde Rhoer's Theory from the Closet has some great interviews in its archive. Be warned that the audio production is often really rough, though. Fear the Boot does nothing for me. I loved their interview with Dancey, but otherwise I'm not interested.
