What Gaming Stuff Are You Getting/Giving For Christmas?

I gave my sister a list of some of the Green Ronmin stuff I wanted to complete my collection from the Paizo sale, so I know I am getting some of that, otherwise don't know what else I'm getting gaming related.

I am giving my gf a set of d20 earrings, though its more a comedy gift since she isn't a gamer.

I hope to be receiving "The Savage World of Solomon Kane", Pathfinder 4, and the new "Pirates of the Broken Coast" book from Privateer Press. I hope to find some paints and a "Free Gaming Weekend" certificate that let's me save some HP's (Husband Points), in my stocking.

For me, I don't think that I'll be giving out a whole lot of gaming stuff as no-one else in my family games.

I also took advantage of the Green Ronin sale and another gaming sale. I imagine that a couple of those books will count as Christmas presents.

That's about it, really. Plenty of non-gaming stuff to buy, and no doubt I'll be getting a bit of that too. But Christmas doesn't tend to be swimming in gaming goods, around here.

However, things got chaotic last week. My best friend is not getting his bonus until after the GR sale at Paizo is over. Then, my roommate told me that she is moving out Jan 1. This was followed by my work telling me that the grant they are paying me through will not be available as the college just placed term limits on the grant they had been paying me through and a second grant of $500 they submitted on my behalf as bonus may not come in until after January, if at all.

Yikes. :\ So how's that going to pan out?

Giving? Well, I haven't kept in touch with any of my regular gaming buddies recently enough to give them anything. So I'm probably not going to be giving out much of anything game related this year.

My girlfriend is getting me that Gargantuan White Dragon with the Forgotten Realms tie-in though. I got her something that I know she'll love and she's notorius for giving gift cards, so I flat-out told her to just get me the dragon or I'd elbow her in the ovaries. On second thought... She loves 1E, so maybe I can give her a big hint- er... 3.5 Player's Handbook, that is.

I have no idea. I am looking into a retail management position while I prepare to pursue a teaching credential. If I get it (or something else) within the next two weeks, I am not going to worry about a new roommate. However, I do have a possiblity for a roommate lined up and will put out an add for one just in case the person falls through.

I think that I will be so glad when this year is over and the new one begins.

Most of my friends are getting copies of Sidewinder: Recoiled, because I really want to play the thing, and my powers of description don't seem to be whipping my gaming group up as they usually do.

I'm probably going to distribute a few copies of Savage Worlds Explorer's Edition to some GM's I know as it is just crazy-cheap and insanely high quality.

Other than that, I'm hoping to receive that Solomon Kane book that Pinnacle put out.

Also, I am in a Secret Santa over at Circvs Maximvs, but I'm not posting what I'm sending out...but goddam the name I pulled is going to be hard to buy for

I'm giving the gift of Savage Worlds Explorer Edition this Christmas; at least three people on my list are getting it.
