What good 'old' shows are worth the scratch?

Married with Children: Classic TV sitcom. Yeah, it's not as edgy as it once was, but much like All in the Family, it was very controversial in its day and laid a lot of ground for shows that came later (remember, "The Simpsons" was controversial when it first came out). I still find the reruns funny though, and I think it's aged at least decently well.

Home Improvement: Another great sitcom. It got a little soap-operaish in the later seasons and more serious, but when that show was at it's peak (almost always involving Tim's physical humor with tools/working) it was great.

Magnum, P.I.: I loved that show as a kid, don't know exactly how well it's aged though. If it has aged well, I'd say it would be worth it.

I don't generally buy DVD's I don't genuinely anticipate watching repeatedly in the future. So, from that list the only ones that would interest me are Night Gallery (only because I've never seen it but know enough of it to think it might be worth it) and Magnum P.I. because it's a show that I did watch regularly when it was first aired and will often watch again if I catch reruns. The rest mean nothing to me.

The Lost World is interesting in that when it was airing, DirecTV was selling "uncut" versions of it. But I never knew just what that mean, was it actual nudity or language, or like most of the "uncut" DVDs, just scenes that probably were better off removed.

Of that list, the only shows I really liked were Wonder Woman, and really, only the first season of that, which was set in WW2.

I've got TV shows in mind for purchase but am not sure what to get. Which of the following do you think are worth getting?

Jack of All Trades
Wonder Woman (But first season only)
Murder, She Wrote
Magnum, P.I.

Those are my votes.

You and I, uh...don't have similar tastes, methinks. :)

I'd go with Doogie Howser. I watched that, and Neil Patrick Harris pretty much carries How I Met Your Mother (well, that and Allison Hannigan is looking mighty fine these days).
