Remember last year's WotC Setting Search?
Well, after the first round was over and lot of people realized that their submissions hadn't been chosen, ENWorld opened a Downloads Section for all those rejected setting proposals.
And soon there was some talk of creating an "ENWorld Setting Search" - the ten (or five?) best of these setting proposals would be chosen, either by a panel of judges, or by popular vote, and get published in some form or another - possibly with the earnings going to some form of charity.
There were quite lengthy threads about this last summer and fall, but I haven't heard anything about it since them. As the author of one of the setting proposals, I'd like to know if there are still plans for this - or if the whole project has been abandoned...
