What happens if I tweak the Paragon level

Anyways, what I really mean is what are the consequences if I let my players use Paragon Paths at level 5, 6, or 7 instead of the normal way.

What I will do first is to let the players have the paragon benefits normally.
Like if they take paragons at level 6, the level 11 benefits will be level 6 too. And so on...

or let them take paragons at level 7, where the paragon level 11 encounter power will totally replace their level 7 encounter powers. then the paragon benefits will just follow as normal.

because in our group, we don't play often and we only prefer to play heroic level and early paragon levels like up to 11 and 12 only. Beyond that is very tiring already... for us. Because we don't want to play epic levels because that will take years to accomplish. We prefer only like 10-15 sessions per campaign.

please help.

You can certainly make it work, but you'll have to keep in mind that there is a definite power jump in PC ability once they hit paragon tier. Between their action points having added benefits, PP features, and even the powers, the PCs definitely become more powerful. As a result, you may find that you need to boost the difficulty of the encounters you design for them since they can dish out far more damage, etc.

This does in a way also carry a greater potential for tpk then too since you need to make the encounters more difficult but the PCs are not actually getting more HP, etc. That being said though, its certainly something that can be worked out.

Good luck!

If it is a time issue why not just skip a few levels? There is nothing saying that you have to always start at level 1

this is my suggestion as well, i find it's generally more fun to start at around 4-6, once you've gotten your first stat bump and you have some wiggle room with feats the game feels a lot more fun.
