What happens when you get a 10 inch version of your PC?

You paint it of course! As a surprise Christmas present, my friend printed out (filament, not resin, due to cost and time to print lol) a 10 inch tall version of my PC in our game. I'm playing a bugbear barbarian path of the beast. Alas, my camera skills do it no justice.

I joked that during the next big battle, I'm using this one instead of my regular mini lol.

Wow, he looks so cool! I'm thinking you need a spellcaster buddy that casts enlarge on your character to really require the use of this epic mini! At this point, it's not a mini, it's a maxi I think.

I tell my players that if they get me the mini, they will eventually encounter it. Some of the minis I have not heard of might be repurposed a bit, but the mini comes to the table.

Sounds like you need to stock up on potions of growth.
