What if Hindrances were tied to Quests

say a Hindrance drops one of your Classes, and gives you instead one level from an Outside Class ( if you follow my other topic " do we need Character Abilities #4 ) ; this leads to Confusion ( or Misdirection instead )

" I've dropped you one Character Class and misdirected you in delieving this new Class I gave to you IS an innate Class;
the only way to get rid of my fantasy journey is to do this and that "

So, what if a clever way to earn XP was in accepting quests ?
( According to Baldur's Gate , quests rewards are much more interesting than xp for defeating monsters)

... or, shortly, quests are -1/+2 : -1 from the beginning of the quest up to the end where you gain a +2 ( i.e. one point to retrieve your stat or chr level - or whatever - then another point or level to enhance the thing named whatever )
