As individual products? Sadly, they're not really feasible. I know Bill Webb of Frog God Games is putting out the hardcover Quests of Doom series (generally about 6 adventures in one volume) because it is far more economic than doing small 32-page adventures. Paizo have given up on them (we get a very few 64-page adventures).
Of course, Lost Mine wasn't 32-pages.

But I agree - PDF or a hardback compilation is almost certainly the way to go with products of this sort.
Wizards have the best chance of doing it, but it's very, very easy to flood the market.
Given that WotC want to avoid items that 'only' sell 100k units if they can possibly help it, I think the odds of seeing a standalone 32- or 64-page adventure from them are approximately nil. In fact, I wouldn't expect anything that isn't hardback, full-colour, 250+ pages, or less than $40 at a minimum.
