What information about my campaign should I give my players beforehand?

As of now I have all of my house rules typed up, I have what races are allowed, what classes will not be allowed due to campaign flavor, general campaign flavor, skills that will be more or less useful than usual, the general views of magic use, and I have a small summary of any differences between my version of the campaign setting (Eberron) and the published edition. Am I forgetting anything vital?

If you are using alignment, a brief description about the guidelines/definitions you are using and, thus, the expectations of character behavior [I am presuming Teacher Man, above is referring to player's behavior] as they apply to/through their alignment. Especially if you're allowing paladins or druids [and using/adhering to alignment]. Where's "the line"? How much leeway is there to maintain their powers and/or god's favor [spell use]?

Other than that, I think your initial list of what you've already prepared to share in advance is a great one.

Good luck and happy gaming.
