What is PEACH?

So although I think PEACH is redundant because people should just do that by default, I also think they should be doing it in a manner that is constructive rather than destructive. And since that doesn't always occur here, I can see why some people would want to remind others to play nice.
But PEACH means the opposite: it means the poster is inviting feedback other than praise.

We don't need a special acronym to ask people to be non-destructive, non-snarky, and non-insulting. They agreed to the ToS already.

It's really pointless over here -- except for causing threads like this, of course. It's good for that.
