I cut up and pasted two cereal boxes together, then printed all the important tables I wanted on 11'' by 14'' paper which I glued to the inside with spray adhesive.
I finished the outside by spray gluing large pictures cut out from old Epic and Heavy Metal magazines. Barry Windsor art along-side old Hostess Cupcake ads. Mmmmm.
My players get the art on the outside and I get my tables on the inside.
The only thing bad about the final product is Kinkos said it was too thick to laminate.

I use board game panels currently. I have one from the "DARK WORLD" game that has the poster of 'Lord Soth's Charge" as the player's side. Each panel holds a 11x17 cheat sheet. Though because the screen is a birtch to see over, i use the shorter 8 panel board from a TSR D&D based boardgame.
