I really like Tomb of Abysthor from Necromancer Games, and am itching to run it once the campaign I'm playing in wraps up.

Of Sound Mind or The Banewarrens-- for many of the same reasons.

I'll tip it to Of Sound Mind mostly because I prefer low level play.

If you don't want all hack-n-slash, which unfortunatly is what almost all modules are, take a look at the Freeport Series.

I'm about to run it myself, and the low amount fo combat is what drew me to it.

I really liked the Kalamar Coin trilogy, running the Banewarrens now and its a blast!

These two are the first D20 system premade modules I've run. Everything else has been converted over or my own.

Lots of 3d party d20 adventures I haven't read, but of those I have, my favorites are:

The Banewarrens (Malhavoc Press, L6-10)
The Grey Citadel (Necromancer, L 1-5)
The Whispering Woodwind (CMG, L 1-2)
