From what it said on the their homepage, Quest Kick is a tool for building campaigns and helping you GM. It doesn't say anything about it being a virtual desktop, which are used to run your game remotely.
Also I like that I would be able to tie soundtracks to different parts of my game, and the mini map feature looks awesome. I don't think RealmWorks offers either. Also, the Quest Kick interface looks like its designed really well. Will have to wait until its released, but it looks very promising.
