chaotic good. Don't like to be told what to do.

This is how I feel most of the time. I havr played LN once (half orc monk in Freeport). I would like to try true N next, it just seems to be where my mind is at lately.

Generally True Neutral and Neutral Good are the most common.

Just out of curiosity, is anyone a little surprised at the commonality of CG? I expected NG to do best, and I was a little surprised that TN was so low (although I imagine that many N/undecided are actually TN, or perhaps any alignment that has at least one neutral aspect), but CG is surprisingly common on the poll. What do others think on this?

My two most common played classes are Paladin and Monk, and as I don't ever play Evil, and raraly play Nuetral characters, that means LG is by far the most common for me. NG and CG split the rest.

Well, for my players, it is CG, do-gooders with little resepct for others, kinda like loose cannons.

Lots of fun

For me, I play good, though the rest varies. Soemtimes I try LN, but not often.

I read the two options fo Neutral as just being different views on the N alignment; the former (N/undecided) as being "person with no strong allegiance to good, evil, law, or chaos" which I suspect is quite common, while the latter (TN/Druidic Neutral) I read "person dedicated to preserving the balance" or "preson deidcated to protecting nature above all else". And I'm very sure the "undecided" view of Neutral is quite common, while the balancer or nature protecter is quite rare.

Not after seeing Luke Skywalker and the Rebel Alliance. Nope. It's totally cool to be Good, yet Chaotic.

PS: Or Bugs Bunny, or MacGuyver, or that Bruce Willis guy in Die Hard or Fifth Element or... generally, any trickster archtype in a monster-rich environment.

On the rare occasions that we play with alignments anymore, usually NG or CG.

We're very similar. The only ones I hold to alignments pretty strictly are the clerical/paladin types.

About equal between Lawful Good, Neutral Good, and Lawful Neutral.

I don't do Chaos much at all, but enjoy running Lawful Evil NPCs.
