What is the most common alignment for your characters?

I must say that I am honestly surprised by these numbers... The way I hear the kids at the hobby store talk, I thought that Evil alignments would be more popular by far.

Yeah? I had a strong feeling (to the point of certainty, almost) that NG would be ahead of the pack, with CG following.

I didn't really know about where the rest would be though, to be honest.

As for that kind of talk being popular, I think it's more about the 'kewl' factor among the young and poorly socialised than any appreciable amount of real gaming likely to be happening (of the sort they are salivating about). :\


Oh, and I voted NG. It would be true for me, across editions, I'm pretty sure.

NG, prolly followed by CG and then LE. But I try to play all the different alignments fairly equally.

I have played many different non-evil alignments, so I cannot really vote for one being the most common.
