D&D 3E/3.5 What is the "physical" advantage of being a good aligned character? (3.0e or 3.5e)

1) Evil people are ugly. Look at the difference btwn an Aasamar (however you spell it) and a tiefling; Angels and Devils; Paladins and evil fighter types who use Charisma as a dump score

As opposed to those good fighter types who use Charisma as a dump score?
Or:

Babau - Cha 16
Balor - Cha 26
Bebilith - Cha 13
Dretch - Cha 11 (Ok, only average, sorry!)
Glabrezu - Cha 20

And I haven't even gotten to the Succubus or the Erinyes... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And some other people, too.

Because when you are good you will have good karma! Evil = bad karma! :D

The fact that good clerics can spontaneously heal is not only an advantage for good clerics. If you are a good fighter/wizard/rogue, that good cleric is a lot more likely to bless you with her favors than an evil adventurer. Maybe that paladin will even lay his hands on you. Those evil clerics just aren't very good at healing, are they? Of course, they can make zombies do the hokey pokey!!!

Benefits of being good.
-Going somewhere nice when you die. I hear Elysium is nice this time of year.
-And generally being unafraid to shuffle off this mortal coil for a 'Good' cause. See previous point
-Good is Much more forgiving if you fail. (Despite human nature)
-Being able to count on your allies, your party, and the organizations you are a part of rather than looking everywhere for treachery.

The alignments are not equal; most intelligent magic items are good-aligned, good monsters are, in general, much nastier than evil ones (good dragons are nastier than evil dragons, celestials are nastier than fiends).

So the world is more of a cake-walk for the goody-goodies.

Reputation. Characters known to be good get higher rewards and better quests on the Adventurers job market.
A character can get a great reputation slaughtering and enslaving humans for the Blood War. His employment opportunities in Hell are increased.

By the same token, if you're evil, crack open the Book of Vile Darkness... Though I hear the BOED is a better breeding ground for munchkins, the books are supposed to be equivelent.

Maybe they are suppossed to be equivalent, but they are not. BOVD is either PH-powered or underpowered, whereas BOED is a MoF-level juicy splatbook of cool powers. Besides, IMHO BOED has a lot more appealing opions from a flavor perspective as well. Half my group has gone exalted now.

Who says neutrals waffle?

When the "Book of Waffling Indifference" comes out, this will most assuredly throw the balance in favor of the Neutrals.
Neutrals don't have to waffle. My last character was chaotic neutral. He had no desire to do evil nor any special desire to save the world (unlike that **** Paladin who always kept trying to push him around). He did fight evil, if only because a world ruled by evil is a bad thing. In general, he acted in a self-interested way: hoarded money, didn't give to the poor, and didn't really care about you unless you were a friend. On the other hand, he was loyal to his friends and would help them without considering what was in it for hiim.
