The two that I use most often are hobgoblins and human, but I'd have to say that my favorites are the minotaur and the centaur, they just look way too cool. I also have cool miniatures of a pit fiend and a jabberwock, but don't get very many opportunities to use them.

Darkvision?

Basically all of the underdark races....deep gnomes and drow particularly...but mind flayers are always cool as well. And of course we can't forget the kobolds.

Back in 2e, my favorites were tied between the Arcanaloth and the Ultroloth.

However, since they nerfed those to such a ridiculous level in 3e, my current favorites are tied between liches and illithids.
