what is your unarmored AC?

Umbran IF you don't own sword and fist, ask him to loan you his copy. if he won't tell him you won't let him run the class etc from the book until you buy you a copy.

IMC I go by the core books only. If my players want to run something from the other books they must buy me the book. OR loan my the book for 2 weeks so I can study it.

AC= 34

I'll break it down for you guys. The character is Level 15 overall, lev 8 duelist, lev 4 fighter, lev 3 monk.
AC is as follows: 10+ 5 (dex)+ 5 (wis)+ 4 (int)+ 2 (bracers of armor)+ 3 (defending weapon)+ 2 (off hand parry)+ 2 (ring of protection)+ 1 (dodge)= 34.
In case you're wondering how all the stats are so high, they are enhanced by magical items. I agree that this character is very powerful, but I would like to say that this character was intially created to help the group that I dm because they do not have a front line fighter. The group consist of a rogue, sorcerer, and a cleric. Without a fighterish NPC, they would be toast.

Edit: typos

Fairly, but pretty easy with magic enhancement. Even in a 25 point system you could start with 14s in all three of those as well as a 14 in strength if you wanted. Then just buy yerself the handy dandy +6 stat items and you're set. Given that it's a 15th level character, that's not unreasonable.

My Half-dragon Paladin... now HIS ability scores were unreasonable. ;)

Mid 30's in AC is not hard to achieve, especially with that character selection (I know someone who got an AC, legitly, on a level 20 character up to 120 something. Some serious number crunchking. It involved a Grey elf Wizard/Monk/Duelist with ungodly amounts of magic items.)

So, impressive yes, but does not seem to be fudged or anything.

Also, don't duelists get a bonus to AC equal to their level when fighting defensively (or soemthing to that effect)? I don't have the book in front of me, so I can't say for sure.

Yeah, the stats look legit. However, considering that the character has focused so much on stats that improve his defense (Int, Wis, Dex), I can't imagine that his Strength or hit points will be very impressive. That will be his limitation. He doesn't hit very hard and can't take a beating, but he rarely gets hit. That's the way it is with my duelist character....

This character is built for survivabilty, not for offensive. Str is low and so is Cha. This duelist was built to take some damage away from other player, so her to hit is only at a +20. That is not very impressive for a 15 level character. But she can survive with a 20 reflex save and evasion.
