What monster type do you use / encounter the least?

I'm just curious as to what monsters you as players have encountered the least, or as DMs, what monsters you have used the least?

For me, it's hands down been Plant creatures. Haven't seen a one! And I don't see any room for them in my current campaign either.

Dragons. they fall on the rare side.

Gotta say Oozes. I've used Shambling Mounds and Treants (of the evil, corrupted variety) as baddies before, but not once have I seen place for an ooze. Not even the olde staple Gelatinous Cube has made it in to my game.

Monstrous humanoids. There just aren't too many that I dig on.

Fair enough! I just can't usually be bothered with modifying monster stats...

Plants or Oozes, though I think oozes may take the edge here.

Dragons are pretty close, but when I use them, I USE them (if that makes any sense).

Giants. I've used ogres and trolls a few times, and real giants a full once. Oozes, dragons and fey are rare in my games, but they show up more often than that.
