what munchkin ideas have you come up with?

In 3.0, when keen and Improved Critical stacked, you could do the following.

Take an iron/steel weapon with a threat range of 18-20 (such as a scimitar)
Put keen on it - threat range increases to 15-20.
Improved Critical - threat range increases to 12-20.
Take 4 levels in Disciple of Dispater (Book of Vile Darkness) and gain the iron power ability
Final critical threat range - 9 - 20!

I did that once and the game got boring. It was TOO easy.

Shapechange into a twelve-headed pyro/cryo-hydra. Have your ally cut off each of your heads slowly enough for more to pop out. Go into battle with 24 heads, each with a natural attack and a breath weapon. Take Arcane Strike on top to gain even more massive damage. Add a UMD'd wand of Divine Power.

Alternatively, PAO into an ethergaunt for massive Int score. The duration is permanent.

I hope none of my players see this....

-A Large creature wielding a reach weapon has a 20 foot reach, not 15.
-You only get 1 attack of opportunity when an opponent moves, regardless of how much he moves. We all know that. I don´t think the half-ogre has Hold the line: Complete warrior it´s not OGC, and he mentions 5 feats, not 6. Ok, you can build the combo without exotic weapon proficiency, but I doubt it´s the case. And the comic strongly supports getting one AoO/5 foot moving within reach.
-The half-ogre wasn´t a true powergamer, or he would also have Hold the line, Sidestep charge and Karmic strike. :p

The OOTS comic isn't intended to exactly mirror D&D. It's a comic, not a game log. There have been numerous small differences between the OOTS world and a standard D&D world. It's artistic license.

Monk 2/Pious Templar 1 (if you are lawful)

Gives you +5 Fort, +3 Ref, +5 Will saves, 3 bonus feats, Evasion, and Mettle.

Rogue 3/Pious Templar 1 (if you are not lawful)

Gives you a bunch of skill points, +3 to all saves, 2d6 sneak attack, Evasion, and Mettle.

Either build adds a lot of survivability to any melee character that can fit it in, as long as they wear light armor.

For added fun, take proficiency in Bastard Sword or Waraxe and take a level of Exotic Weapon Master. The Uncanny Blow ability allows you to add x2 your strength bonus to damage (instead of x1.5) when wielding it in two hands.

Where can Pious Templar be found?

Complete Divine.

The Mettle ability allows you to avoid all damage or effects from a spell (or spell-like ability) that requires a Will or Fort save, when you make the save.

I understand that, and can forget things like they being able to cast powerful spells sometimes and in the following number they flee from goblins. But in this case, it was relevant because the joke was based on a common powergaming trick, and the joke is lost if it doesn´t follow the rules closely.

Besides, we were discussing munchkin tactics. Pointing at the flaws on them is part of what the thread is for.

I don't think the whole point of the OotS script was to display a totally accurate presentation of the rules. I think it was to point out the fact that munchkin who concentrate too much on a single cheese tactic often leave themselves open to exploitable weaknesses.
