The SRD, in whatever form, is apparently aiming for a July or August drop, and a Kickstarter for the generic version after GenCon. Allegedly they will start general playtesting sometime...soon.

I might be the only one, but I’m very curious how the Godzilla rpg will turn out. Even curiouser that it’s being helmed by two 40K alumni. Over the years I’ve run several Godzilla inspired 1-shots (some serious, some loving satire) using various game systems, but none felt like they really did the job to my satisfaction.
I think their game intends to use cards instead of dice though, which raises my skepticism. I’ve never been a fan of “novel” randomizers in RPGs (including funky dice).
