I'm not opposed to adding new classes, I would use the psyhic classes if I was using psionics. For me the new class has to add something new that I couldn't really mimic with another class. The new classes in the Iron Kingdoms is an example of this. But since I am running the Forgotten Realms I don't add any new classes.

I don't use any of the new base classes, as I view the kind of specialization they provide as the purview of Prestige Classes or multiclassing, rather than new base classes.

But to each his own. :)

When Complete Adventurer comes out we'll all be playing ninjas.

Who ride motorcycles and look like Lorenzo Lamas, only cooler.

I voted for none, but I would be willing to listen to a player who wanted to play most any of them. Excepting psionics, of course, and the world-flavored ones (Mystic, Artificer, Noble).

When I return to running a game, I'll allow all the PHB Core classes except the Barbarian. I'll alllow the Berserker class from Wakinglands.com and the savage template, also found there. I also allow all 4 classes from the XPH, the paladins for other alignments from Dragon magazine, the OA sohei (slightly modified), and the classes from the Minis Handbook. If anyone wanted to purchase one of the Complete series, and use the classes there, I'd consider it.

I really don't like the OA Samurai OR the one from Complete Warrior AT ALL. One is too bland, the other too specialized.

We've allowed stacks of them, just about everything. I found the Mystic is somewhat better than the Favored Soul for my tastes, but we've had just about one of everything.
The only class that sees more use is the Marshal. Only problem with them is multiclassing prevents realy advancement in Marshal.

In the Eberron game I'm working on, it'll just be PHB core classes plus Artificer and the XPH classes. In my big-ass homebrew that'll probably never see the light of day :) I'm going to throw in the kitchen sink: the above, the MHB classes except for favored soul (the healer makes a nice variant, considering how much I'm gonna tinker with the cleric class), warlock, swashbuckler, maybe the noble and mystic from DL (I'm really considering the latter as a replacement for the cleric), and possibly the new ones in CV. I may never be a class act, but I am a class nut.

I allow any of them plus others from other sourcebooks like the Path series from FFG, their City Works books, or just about any, and if the player wants to come up with something unique, I can work with him and we can create a new class for him.

WotC:
Psion, Psychic Warrior, Wilder. The jury is out on the soulknife, but it's looking very shaky.

OA Classes: Wu Jen, Samurai. The CA version of Wu Jen is fine, but the CW version of Samurai does not deserve to exist; I'll use the modified original version.

I considered using Swashbuckler, but Duelist (Swashbuckling Adventures) and Unfettered (AU) are better fits to the concept.

Hexblade: Dreaming up a background to justify them. They are cool.

The Warlock is concept oversaturated with the sorcerer, but I may find a place to use him, such as in an alternate plane where their sort of magic works. (Better yet, I may simply make it a monster race. ;) )

Spirit Shaman isn't bad, but the GR class is better supported.

Favored soul is in.

I would use some variants in UA.

Other publishers:
Green Ronin's Shaman
AEG's Priest
Chainmail Bikini's Martial Artist (the monk is too narrow to handle all "unarmed fighter" type characters.)
