I use D&D Minis extensively. I used to have lots of Ral Partha/Citadel/etc, but sold them all off and bought a few thousand D&D minis instead. The quality varies greatly, but they've nonetheless had a very positive impact on our gaming experience.
I own at least one set of each the Dungeon Tiles, but am wondering whether to continue to purchase them. I don't use them that oftan as they can be a real pain to set up and change. Basically, you need them all prepared before hand so you can just put them down, and even that can take a while. It's easier just to draw on tha battlemat.
I have a set of the D&D Official Dice - though from the previous (3.5) release. I got them real cheap, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. Still, it was cool to have a D&D dice bag, which I still use.
I own the official DM Screen (for 3.5) but have never used it. I found the landscape layout to not suit my needs, so have used the paizo DM Screen ever since it came out. It's getting a bit battered now, but I have another 2 or 3, so that's okay
I've also occasionally used the skirmish maps which came with the Fantastic Locations series (some of which I believe have been rerleased as part of the 4ed H-series modules?).
