Do you have a specific reason for that? That info is as interesting as the poll itself to me.
It's faster (and easier) to get information from a paper character sheet during play.
It's quicker to update information using pencil and paper.
It's easier to make notes during player.
It's less distracting - mobile devices get in the way of gaming, they do not enhance it.
I started DMing for a group a couple of years ago and during session 0 they all gleefully announced they 'd downloaded an app to store their character sheets on. They didn't want to use paper because they either "had terrible writing", or "would forget to bring the sheets".
Within 2-3 months they were all using paper - we'd had - "argh I've only got 10% battery left," "oooo who's calling me?", "damn I didn't mean to do that, how do you erase on the app?", "how do you stop it from auto filling that field?", and the worst "I've lost my phone and I can't remember my stats!"
Nowadays they use proper character sheets, I pop them in a folder at the end of a session and take them home with me. What could be easier?
