Not really. Mostly I just use the Morrow Project stuff for it's flavor text/setting/adventures. It's not a strict conversion. I do most of it on the fly since I pretty much have the d20 ruleset down pat (or well enough, anyway). Using d20 Modern, though, does change the way Morrow Project is played. There are a couple modules, Damocles for example where a frontal assault is suicidal, that play completely different as d20 Modern isn't nearly as deadly out of the box as Morrow Project is. However, this isn't a bad thing due to my groups gaming style. We're very much a "kick-in-the-door, kick-butt" kind of group with lots of roleplaying mixed in. I have used GURPS in the past for my Morrow Project stuff and it worked really well. I've used GURPS Reign of Steel in conjuction with Morrow Project before. It was a rocking game. Our group had played Morrow Project a couple of times before and the players were not expecting killer robots stalking the earth when they made it out of their bolt hole. Another variation I've used is throwing in Psionics (GURPS) as a minor side effect of the cold sleep process. I suppose the Psionics from d20 Modern would work well, too. Don't know; haven't read it, either. It is, perhaps, my favorite "canned" setting. Tied with Fading Suns in my mind.
