What project would you like Paizo to tacke next for Pathfinder?
Nothing wrong with detailed maps. If I'd like some - I could buy some. If I'd rather model some area myself, I'll go ahead and ignore the additional content. I guess it depends on how people treat additional (and core, for that matter) content. In any game I played or led, unless whole group specifically agreed to use some addon, anything beside core books did not happen. As to any settings - tbh, I always preferred own mini worlds. But if I'd play something in FR, then it'd be quite quantum world. Until observed by PC's, anything and everything would simultaneously be and not be as described in canon. "So there was supposed to be a lake where this village is? Damn, son - should've paid more to the cartographer. Your master was a Psychic? A shame, really - my auntie Muriel had some problems herself, but she got better when her son got married." TBH I rarely create maps from scrap, I prefer using old maps of Europe. If I was to use Paizo-made settings - yeah, this stuff could be useful :D The only reason for not buying it would be the simple fact, that set prices are unfavourable for my location ;-) But since I consider them to be good value (just not piss-cheap as to buy something to maybe use it, sometime), I'd suspect that customers of my profile (not really interested in maps, but curious) from UK or US or France could buy one even if out of curiosity. But then again, it's hardly something for writers to work on, The Kids These Days* don't appreciate a good ASCII map. * I hereby claim ownership over TKTD acronym. It's gonna be big in about 10 years, I reckon.
