Can't speak to the market, but Good Society is a Jane Austen RPG and is fairly well known. There's also a FATE World of Adventure called Romance in the Air which takes Austen as an inspiration, but in a more action-heavy setting. Regency Cthulhu name checks Austen on the cover, but I wouldn't exactly recommend it to someone looking to romance Mr. Darcy. I know there's a couple of other projects in this space, but these are the only "big" names I know.

It's not Weird West that is underrepresented, it is non-weird West that is underrepresented. Boot Hill is the classic but it is very combat centered, even more than D&D. Most other "westerns" add weird stuff, horror, alt-history, etc.
Agreed on the lack of mostly-historic Westerns.
There are several on DTRPG that I've not looked at:
Cowboy World (PBTA, has a chapter on "Going Weird"
Colts & Crooks (the description section is a poem...)
Sidewinder (setting book for Savage Worlds)
Rider (I suspect it's a Traveller/Cepheus retheme, as it's from Independence game.)
Cowpunchers Reloaded (doesn't specify system)

A few that I have read:
Boot Hill I borrowed and read Peter's copies of 2nd and 3rd many years ago, and skimmed 1e at his table. (And returned them). 3rd ed is where it really looks like a true RPG, not a minis-wargame with nods to use in otherwise systemless RPGing. It is on DTRPG.
Six Gun (Deep7's 1Pg) an ultralight under 20 pp long, but with expansions. I don't have the new 4th ed. Yet. Also on DTROG
Gunslinger (AH bespoke boardgame with optional continuing characters, and bordering into proper RPG, many 80's players used it as an RPG in the same way Car Wars players did)

There are a number of generic or multi-setting games that can be used for the west, but few that are built for it. GURPS Old West is an option but I am no longer willing to run GURPS, as it has just too many details. I am staring a Western game next week, having just finished my Traveller game, and we will be using Western Hero, from Hero Games, but it is pretty obscure.

Of curiosity, what point levels?

Of curiosity, what point levels?
125 points + 20-30 in complications. So far I have a Native American scout/bounty hunter (our Doctor in Traveller), a black female Medical Doctor (I checked and there was at least one in America by then) (our Astrogator in Traveller), a gunsmith/businessman (our Planetologist in Traveller), and an undecided, but probably the same sort of impulsive man-child he usually plays (our Pilot in Traveller).

Romance/erotica, comedy, procedurals, family drama
These are all pretty common theater/tv genres. There are indeed some prominent indie games like Thirsty Sword Lesbians or Monster Hearts. It's interesting, there's a ton of experience with romance/sex in traditional linear media but basic teen romance like Romeo and Juliet seems to be way more taboo than well, flat out genocide (40k)

I feel like it's the unexplored direction. Whoever figures out a hit in the romance genre is going to unlock a massively untapped audience.

Hmm, For romance, you have Blue Rose, The Dune Rose, and Good Society.
For family drama, I think Pasion de las Pasiones might work.. Now if only they would finish the expansion so I can buy both the core game and the expansion at the same time.

And Western. Soon it will come in physical form in English as well. It is a very crunchy game though. Beautiful art in it.
The first edition in Swedish came out back in 1989.

The Grinning Frog. Hey there, We've produced a range of mainly solo RPGs stretching from our zombie franchise - Zilight to Sci-fi exploration with Starship Scavengers. I personally, prefer solo games its easier to play at anytime plus I don't have to spend time trying to organise a group together just for people to drop out for whatever reason. Anyways, I'm trying to look for something new and I feel it's very rare to see an orginal idea something fresh; for instance I love Cyberpunk and as far as I can see most of the games are set during the 70-80s era it would be interesting to see a more modern day setting.

I'm open to try anything, What genres do you think are lacking? Or any genres that you think haven't been explored yet?

One thing that I would add to the conversation, and may have contributed to this as well, is that just because some TTRPGs exist in a genre doesn’t mean that someone can’t also find the genre lacking or underrepresented in the hobby.
