What should I buy for my character?

I am starting a campaign where my character starts out at 20th level. I already have all the levels figured out, but I am not sure what I should purchase with the allowed 760,000 gp. I have not purchased anything yet. I am asking for any suggestions on what I should buy. Here are my base character stats so that you know the what to work with.

N Drow Rogue5/Assassin7/Thief-Acrobat6
Str: 13
Dex: 24
Con: 11
Int: 20
Wis: 12
Cha: 18

Feats: Dodge, Mobility, Combate Expertise, Spring Attack, Improved Feint, Two-Weapon Fighting, Weapon-Finesse, Improved Trip

I do plan on buying a nice rapier also. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

A mithril chain shirt of any enchantment would be appropriate.

And Boots/Cloak of Elvenkind, as standard issue...

well I thought about going with a mithril chain shirt, but I eventually want to increase my DEX more so eventually my extra dex bonus would go to waste.

THe cloak and boots will go on the To Buy List.

then BIG bracers of armor would do well for the character
