What Should My Next 4e Project Be? (Round 1)

I just boiled down the suggestions so far and posted them in the first post for ease of reference I'll continue to do this until noon on Monday when I'll make the final list of proposals and then later on that night I'll post a poll and see which proposals are the most popular. Thanks again to everyone who's made a proposal... they are all quite interesting and I look forward to making one of them my next 4e project ;)

A bump for more proposals... and here's one of my own:

7) Adventurer's Almanac Book (Points of Light): Using the 4e assumed campaign setting create a year's worth of adventuring seeds along with useful advice, topics of interest, a calendar of social, political, and astronomical events, holidays, a who's who, and perhaps some fake advertisements (including new equipment, alchemical material, etc.)

I'm looking for at least one more proposal by midnight on Monday. If I don't get one more I'll just add a 10th option and create a poll with the 10 proposals for everyone to vote on. Thanks to everyone who has made a proposal or just viewed the thread... I hope you will all come back and vote on Monday.

Okay, I've got one for you -- kind of a fleshing out of the subset of the mini-setting, but: tier-crossing adventures. Adventure sites, plots, artifacts, and other nice mechanical crunch with the fluff of PCs discovering a way to reach a new tier of power. Kind of like the whole "PCs go on a quest to break into epic levels" concept of 3E, but 4Eized, if that makes sense.

Interesting idea... thanks! ;)

Proposal: Create a cult or organization secretly run by elementals of some sort. The material would cover a wide expanse of levels, from the lowly ranks up straight to the leader(s), and it would be chock full with new monsters with elemental flavor. Many of the monsters would be variations, such as a frosty tribe of goblins and fire-air yuan-ti with phoenix pets or something. In addition to the monsters, though, there would be plenty of room for rituals used by the cult and magic items used/dropped by them as well. Of course, fluff would revolve around the organization and what their plans, intentions and origins are.

I like the idea of detailing an organization or entity that progresses up the levels, so that you could easily drop X into your world, and they could be a campaign-spanning villainous group. "Here are six villains, two per tier, interconnected. Here are some monsters to fill the ranks of these villains. Here are some rituals and sites of interest (unspecified by level, so you could mix and match).

While I'm not married to the elemental idea, I will also suggest this: if you go the elemental route, don't merely go with "Fire/Air/Earth/Water(Ice)". Use Lightning, Smoke, steam, creatures of toxicity (Poison and Necrotic), entities comprised of Psychic energies, etc. That way it's not just the same ol' 4 Elements. After all, we have a Death Titan and a Storm Titan, so play around some.

/agree

I'm also didn't mean for my proposal to be inseparable from the elemental concept, but I figured I'd put a little direction in there.

Thanks for the proposal... it is quite an interesting idea ;)

Well there are only about 12 hours left to get your proposals in and then the voting begins!

A quick question... instead of having the vote run from Monday to Friday should I let it run into next Monday at midnight and give everyone an entire week to vote? It might be nice for those who only visit ENWorld on the weekends.
