I probably should have included a "my vote is not listed" to cover anyone who thinks it should stay the same, and anyone with a more creative choice, like "add a specific wizard implement as a requirement." For anyone arguing that it should remain the same, feel free to check out the thread listed in post 3 (thank you, TimeOut).

If it absolutely had to change, I could buy Con 13 as an alternative. In my experience, players try to specialize more often than they try to cover all the bases, so the staff would probably be the least appealing implement to my players. In my group, this change might generate some interesting builds without adding a fourth ability dependency to the Wizard.

In short, I like Cha just fine for a requirement, but if you need it to change, I think Con is the best choice of your suggestions.

Actually, the staff has its uses. it's great for making a wizard that functions as a defender (yes, it's doable).

And yes, I voted Con, however, that was only because Cha was no longer an option (it's a biased poll).

Wow. I've never seen such a hostile response to a poll before, but I guess I haven't done many polls, either.

Folks, if you want to comment on why you believe Cha 13 is the best option for this feat, then please use the other thread. This poll is about what should replace Cha 13.
