What "stars" would you like to see in a module?

Lots of modules exist, from various editions and various companies, focusing on the iconics. We've got modules centered around giants, mind flayers, beholders, the various humanoid races, dragons (of course), and others...

My question is this? What monster (or group of monsters) would you desperately love to see as the focus of a published adventure? This is mostly for my own edification and inspiration, though I won't lie to you--it also might qualify as market research for future projects. ;) No promises, though.

I'd prefer people focus on creatures that (at least to their knowledge) have never yet been the centerpiece of a module. But if you'd really like to see more of something that's already been in the spotlight, that's okay too.

Yuan-ti. They're super-intelligent and have enough special abilities and room for customization to make an entire campaign worth of bad guys. But has there been a module about them since 1e? If there has been, I haven't seen it.

Demiurge out.

I'd like to see more demon/devil outplanar type creatures, but I'm also interested in the Kaorti from the Fiend Folio. They don't really strike me as a Campaign-theme race, but they'd make for a great module to horrify players and terrorise characters.

Yuan-ti or Inphidians - Inphidians do have the advantage of being OGC and have some fun tactics that are different from Yuan-ti, like being able to hide with just their snake hands showing.

Gnolls. Especially the militaristic version. Gnoll culture, gnoll society, gnoll religion and politics. Gnoll origins and why gnolls are the way they are. Are gnolls Wurttenbergers or Hessians? (Long story :) )

Premise: Gnoll bands are moving into human and dwarven territory. Why? Has hunting failed back home? Are the gnolls being pushed out of their territory by another party? Are the gnolls simply breeding themselves out of house and home? What are the gnolls afraid of?

As a twist make the gnolls (who are only mostly evil) victims of an elven (who are only mostly good) culture.
