Of course my votes are for KoTSQ and the Unusual Heroes.. well cause I play in both!

I'm a story hour tramp though.. I troll through them at work. I always stop in Tsunami's and Broccoli Head's .. well cause they always pop into ours and post. I like to know what our readers are doing in thier own stories.

I named my horse in KoTSQ after Tsunami. Hammerhead said my character inspired him to make a champion of Wee Jas himself.. so if he is in a story I'd probably pop in to see what that character is doing :D

I read Sagiro's and Piratecat's, and just recently I started reading The Knights of the Silver Quill and loved it!

Of course, I also have my own story hour to shamelessly plug :D (link in sig - go on, read it, please! :P).

PC's is the only one I read. I'm sure there's a lot of other good ones I just haven't found the time to get in to any others.

Just a reminder to those who are looking for a new story hour to start reading. . . I am re-presenting the first "book" of my story hour one small installment each night until to catches up to the beginning of the second book (session #11).

I have only posted two installments so far - so you have plenty of time to catch up. Just Click Here and you can jump right to it.

Below is the description of the campaign I used to recruit players - in order to pique your interest.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is a hot summer, and war rages in the east. The most powerful kingdom in all of the known world fights against one of its own territories in what promises to be a long and bloody civil war.

But war is soldiers’ work – not adventurers’, not farmers, certainly not yours…

But that one frightening word is on the lips of recruiters, magistrates and town guards, “Conscription!” - There are a million ways to get out of the war, the trouble is finding a good one.

Verdun – the largest city in Aquerra, capitol of the war-torn Kingdom of Herman Land. Amid the towering spires, religious pilgrims, and ships of conscripts heading out to the Black Islands, the answer can be found. Some people will do anything to get out of the frying pan…

__________________

Out of the Frying Pan… is a 3E D&D campaign for 4 to 6 players set in Aquerra. The characters will begin at first level, and all characters must have some reason for wanting or having a conscription deferment.

I use to read one... but I forgot the name. It was in a world were the season changed every day. If anyone knows the one I'm talking about I'd love to hear it.

I think you're talking about mine, although the seasons don't actually change every day. It's more acurate to say that they change at the whim of the deity.

Anyway, if that's the one you mean, you can get there by following the link in my sig.

I read PirateCats primarily and Wulfs sometimes...

One I stopped reading was the Silver Quills... because its placed in the Elemental Evil campaign which I am just beggining to play as a player... too many possible spoilers for me. Loved the Deck of many Things chapter thou !

This Poll should have been in Story Hour.

This Poll really should have been in Story Hour.
EN World Messageboards > General D&D Forums > Bits N Pieces > Story Hour.
Try to keep polls in the right place. :)

Storyhours: Both of RangerWickett's and Lady Despina's Virtue. Intend to start reading PirateCat's to.

Games: The Psionicle, NeMoren's Vault (I need to read these as I'm playing in them both :) ), plus The Star Wars Iconics Adventure.

:: polite cough ::

Eager to put the Sunless Citadel behind them, the party's next adventure began in the humble fashion of so many others: hired on as guards to babysit a caravan of goods from one town to the next. The threat was orcs, and the pay was negligible-- but unlike many dwarves, Wulf's thirst is for battle and blood, not goods and gold-- and the party agreed to take the job.

The journey was short, so the action started quickly...
