Those heads are, what, 6-8 inches high?

I say you take a couple and put them up on spikes on your front lawn.

Then, you take the rest, put them on racks so they all face the same way, get a recording of fake laughs, and practice a comedy act in front of them. (Best if also done outside).

The men in white will be coming for you very soon...

Alsih2o, i've resized the pic. I hope you don't mind, cause you have a biiig bastard of a pic right here (especially with all the white...).

Ok, this being an RPG site, here is what I recommend.

Hand a head to each of the players in your game. Ask them to put hats, helmets, hoods, makeup, whatever, on them to make them look as much as possible like there game characters. Then, everyone brings his PC's head to the game.

Now use them for signalling when you are speaking in character, or out of character.

For instance, if your group talks mainly in character, just have the heads sit facing each other, or pointing in the direction they are currently addressing.

If your group usually plays out of character, have the player hold up his head when he is saying something that the PC is saying in-game.

If a PC gets killed or knocked unconscious, tip their head over and let it lie there.

If you do this, you MUST post pictures of the results.

(Oh yeah, one more thing, don't let non-gamers see everyone sitting there with a dressed-up head in front of them. ;) )
