What to find in an Adventurers Guild - Help Wanted Signs

Here's a buttload...

Since I have an Adventurers' Guild, I need to be ready with quick quest ideas. Most of these are ripped off from Final Fantasy Tactics, which has your party able to take side-jobs in bars. I'm not through the game yet, so expect more. ^_^

***
-Trade Ship Salvage 1: A trade ship is wrecked carrying a brand new product to shore. Sabotage by their rivals is suspected. Recover the cargo and find the cause of the wreck (it's not sabotage).

-Trade Ship Salvage 2: In a dangerous region, a ship is wrecked. You play the role of a salvage company, because the local salvage company is extorting the locals. Find some way to free the town from the nessecity of the salvage company, and recover the ship's cargo.

-Embassy Ship Salvage: A ship carrying goods to be donated is obliterated in a storm. The place it was to be donated to suspects lying on the part of the donors, who wanted to avert a war with their gifts. Many priceless items were lost. Recover what cargo you can to sew good relations.

-Stolen Ancient Writings: The Magic University has had some arcane texts recovered from an archeological dig stolen. The theif leapt out the second-story window, and escaped to sea on ferry. Find and return the writings (the ferry sank during a storm, destroying the writings).

-Mine Collapse: Negiligence has caused a gold mine to cave in, and you are recruited to help rescue folk trapped within. The mining company is responsible for the negilicence, but refuses to take responsibility, saying that miners know it is a dangerous job. Help the miners out, if you can.

-Girl of Flame: A young girl made of fire has been spotted by some towns near a volcano. Legends connect her to a girl who fell into the volcano many years ago. Investigate the matter, and stop the haunting so mining can begin in the area.

-Sealed Cavern: A mythril mine is going out of business due to the expense of adventurers to protect the miners from subterranian monsters. Before they leave, they want to explore a sealed door they found there, which they believe leads to a seceret ore deposit. You are to explore this (the door leads to a ghost-miner who gives the party ore if they're kind enough).

-Tears of an Ex-Miner: Mt. Uvros, a gold-bearing peak, has been mined clean, and the gold rush has left, leaving towns impovrished and deserted. An old man at the local tavern weeps for his lost home. Find a way to restore it, or at least cheer up the dude.

-Discovery Race 1: A race sponsored by a city to find new and exotic lands, only allowing the use of various scriptures, legends, and documents. Be the first to find a new land, win prestige, prize money, and an unparalleled exploration opportunity.

-Discovery Race 2: Vehicles now expand the searching area of the race, making it that much more difficult to come in first.

-Discovery Race 3: As before. Yay! But future ones will be held only when the exploration on these is complete.

-Flies to Honney: A brewery makes a sweet-smelling beer from a sugary fruit. Monster groups have been striking at the brewery and the carried shipments, led, it appears, by a rather intelligent demon.

-Pet Monster: A young monster owned by a rich family has gone missing in a populated area. Discover the monster, and return her to the family (or convince them that it's a bad idea to keep monsters as pets)

-Message in a Bottle: A strange object has been spotted floating off the coastline. (Amongst the trash and refuse from city life, a particularly beautifully made bottle bobs in the current. Though the letter is faded, the writing holds some key significance...)

-Artist's Slump: A famous actor, Mameko has been in a slump ever since he won the ultimate artist's award, unable to reproduce what once made him famous. Bring him out of the slump.

-Artist Leaves: The artist who was once in a slump is back at it, becoming the king of late night entertainment. He's going to travel the world as an actor, now, and fans have gathered to see him off. Because you're responsible for his success, you can go, too. In fact, he's asked you to appear in his show!

-Martial Arts Contest: Fairly simple and straightforward. The city is sponsoring a martial arts contest. Win first prize, yo!

-Machinist Contest: Help someone build a great machine! Item usage a plus. They're building a chocobo cart!

-Ship of the Righteous King: Save who you can from a salvage on a ship that contained a well-respected religious figure who has been credited with miracles. Turns out it's from a trading company, not a holy man.

-Infamous Outlaw: An outlaw has sent a note warning that he is going to steal from a noted noble. Defend the noble and his goods!

-Bibid the Greedy: A merchant is concerned only with money, and runs out to explore a reported "waterfall of mithril." Help him along, eh?
