Desdichado Hero Jan 7, 2007 #2 I actually think 3.5 made at least as many things worse as it fixed. Ideally, I'd play a "3.25"--3e with some of the 3.5 fixes, but not all of them. That and the fact that I'm a bit annoyed that 3.5 was put out in the first place. Where's the option for True20?

TheAuldGrump First Post Jan 7, 2007 #4 Like J-Dawg I play 3.25, unlike him I felt that acknowledging that there were flaws in the 3.0 version was a good thing, in particular the H spells and the Ranger (even WotC NPCs were only taking one level of ranger....) The Auld Grump

jdrakeh Front Range Warlock Jan 7, 2007 #5 I voted for OD&D with supplements (but I prefer Blackmoor to Greyhawk).
G Greg K Legend Jan 7, 2007 #6 I didn't vote, but my choice wasn't listed. I would choose 3.0 or 3.5 with Unearthed Arcana and third party support.

Crothian First Post Jan 7, 2007 #10 I went with 3.5 though we do use Unearthed arcana and plenty of third party books. 3.5 is the base we build on.
