What was I doing?

Man, I used to be able to stay up real late at night, now I usually dont make it past twelve. Granted this is one of those rare times I do. But man, I wonder what I did two years ago to pass the time until around 7:00 AM, which is when I would go to bed.

How old are you? For me, my mid-twenties was the big tipping point for being able to stay up late, coinciding with getting a demanding day job. I'm 28 now, and I look back at how little sleep I needed a few years ago and get all wistful. ;)

I'm 32 and I know I'm getting old because if I start watching a movie after 10:00pm, I pretty much know I'll be snoring by the end.

When I was younger, all nighters were a regularity.

I'm one of those silly people who has energy late at night but gets very sleepy during the day. Regardless of how much I've slept I sometimes have to struggle to stay awake on my drive home from work. Yet if I stay awake until 8 or 9pm I often end up feeling energetic and going to bed after midnight. As further confirmation that my biological clock is a little off, I prefer to have sex in the morning. I also find that while I rarely drink coffee it is usually after dark when I do.

Im 16, soon to be 17 on June 28th. Anyways, I remember when I was 11 I could stay up all night easily. How far I have fallen.

I used to be able to stay up late on a regular basis. Now, it's harder to do so, my being used to getting up early for work and going to bed at around 10-11PM. I'd then nap in the afternoon; might as well as there's nothing on TV then. And for conventions, it usually takes me a week off to adjust my sleep schedule to the rigors of convention "hours". :)

I have a great deal of trouble explaining to people that I am not abnormal. I get 8-10 hours of sleep every night...those hours are usually 6am-2/4pm. I have the hardest time falling asleep by midnight. Ive tried laying in bed, getting up early, everything I could think of. I am meant to be nocturnal.
