What was that prestige class?

I'm trying to remember the name, and more importantly the sourcebook, with this particular prestige class...

It was a five-level PrC. It's only ability was that at every level, it granted you three bonus feats. However, it also had extremely strict requirements to take, including that your levels in this PrC couldn't exceed one-third your total character level, or something like that. Does anyone know what this is from?

Sounds vaguely like Edina of Nerith's 'feat master' class idea.

This is the only Feat Master I know of. It has gone through many iterations waaaaaaaaaaay back when the Tower was still active, and one of them was 3 feats per level. I am not certain it's the one you mean, however, particularly since its requirements are not all that stringent.

Found it! It's the Savant prestige class, from Paths of Power, by Distant Horizons Games. I recommend this book to everyone, as it's both free and excellent.

What would/could be the most undead I could control(9-12th lvl)?
