D&D 4E What will be your 4e setting?

Probaly Eberron; that's what we've usually played D&D in lately under our two normal DMs, and what I'd run if I picked up the D&D DM hat; I'm generally pro-4e mechanics, but neutral-con 4e core flavor, and it doesn't look like Eberron flavor is changing much.

My two big prospects for future campaigns right now are Ptolus and Pathfinder.

IF I use 4E at some point, I'd start a 3.5 Ptolus campaign and could switch in-game to 4E by using elements of the background. See there for possibilities *PTOLUS SPOILER WARNING*.

I have not decided yet what I will do with Pathfinder: whether to use Golarion alone, or use it as a part of Praemal, or adapt the plots to Ptolus itself... that remains to be seen.
