A Dungeonborn would be similar to a warforged, but created largely of stone. They wouldn't be restricted to the Eberron setting, since you can find dungeons in nearly any setting. Unlike warforged they aren't modular so they just get natural armor.
Dungeonborn could speak numerous "monstrous" languages, specifically those of the creatures that dwelled in the dungeon that spawned it. So they an speak with kobolds (Draconic), goblins (Goblin), orcs (Orc or Giant), possibly Deep Speech or Undercommon, and so forth.
