What would a fair price be to have someone design a Monster Template?

If someone were to have another person design a Monster Template for them, and by that I mean the layout of how it would look in a book such as Creature Name, Stats, where the numbers go, modifiers if applicable, Attacks, Defenses, etc...

In US dollars, what would be the going price to have somebody do that type of work?
Of course the person doing the task could arrange things how they see fit while still creating a product someone would pay for.

I think there would be a big difference between what would and what should. It seems like an hour or two work for someone what has some talent. I'd think $100-200
