D&D General What would a Semanticore do?

As a sidenote this really does sound like something from the Nobilis rpg.

It's a bit hard to use in d&d though I think. It would benefit from a lighted system with more leeway for weird rule interpretations.

Hm.
A creature that is nigh unkillable with normal physical damage, the sematicore is vulnerable to psychic damage and successful persuasion, deception, or intimidation checks that get across a clear, unambiguous meaning of hostile intent.
