I should have re-phrased that! A feat that allows for the character to use Manyshot for multiple attacks.

I'm positive that it would have to be an epic feat so....

Rain of Arrows [General]
Prerequisites: Dexterity 20+, Base Attack Bonus 25+, Improved Manyshot, Quickdraw, Swarm of Arrows.
Benefits: When using the full attack action in snyc with the Improved Manyshot attack, the character can make a number of attacks in this manner up to his Dexterity Modifier, applying a -2 to each attack.
Normal: A character can only make one Improved Manyshot attack in a single round.
