Have a look at dungeonscape. The book contains a lot of equipment (and ideas) to be used in a dungeon.

Like Bag of Tricks, a wand or scrolls of Summon Monster I will give you something you can let walk a corridor before you actually step in. The duration of the spell is 1 round/level. So you would better buy something with slightly higher caster level (say, 5?).
If your Rogue is not a dwarf, and the dungeon is likely to be mainly composed of stone, somehow make up another 4,900 gp and buy Belt of Dwarvenkind. Having Stonecunning or not may be critical.
Wand or Scrolls of Augury may help, when you cannot have any hint on, say, which of 2 corridors or safer or which of 2 buttons you should push.
