As this is Call of Cthulhu, you could possibly use something with a grounding in real world history. According to the internet, cuneiform tablets have been found bearing prayers to rid the body of sickness spirits called "Giddim" - allegedly the first recorded cases of demonic possession. The Sumerians apparently believed that many illnesses were the work of these demons invading the body.

Alternatively, servitor races typically have fairly simple names: Deep Ones, Serpent People, Ghouls, and so forth. So perhaps something like "The Untoward", "The Creeping", or just "Takers".

Gidim works for me. (One 'd' only, because giddim has something to do with kosher, according to Google.) I'm a sucker for Sumerian mythology.
