What's a good system for fairly high-powered "supers"

I was thinking of picking up Marvel Heroic Roleplaying anyway, so I'll look at that. Is FASERIP even still in print or legally available electronically?

ICONS seems like it could be a very good fit, but Tales from the Floating Vagabond also sounds very interesting.

This is an odd one.

FASERIP is available electronically, and has been available on the same public site for some years for free. I do not know if it is legal in the, "We give permission for you to distribute this content," sense. The site makes no such claims, but neither do they seem to have been asked to take it down.

Wild Talents. I haven't played it myself, but I have it on good authority that this system is specifically geared towards super-powered PCs of many flavors.
