What's against genocidal invading draconic hordes' "nature?"

They are VERY evil, but they have some strong central leadership, and a fanatical loyalty to both the Soulbearer (an emperor-like figure), and to the Mistresses of Shadow (a powerful order of female priests/mages). So, it's unlikely that they can be turned against each other without evidence, but with a little fabrication, I'm guessing Queen_D and the rest of the group could really mess them up.
