What's happening with Blackmoor d20?

Just wondering what happened to this release. Is there a release date at present?

They apparently finally got legal approval (from WOTC, I guess), according to a message a week or so ago on the Blackmoor d20 mailing list.

Here's the link to the announcement. I know the bosses are out at a trade show this week (I believe in CA or TX), but I'll be sure to point them this way when they get back.
