What's left of 3e that you want to buy?

Amazon, through "bookoutpost" -- a high-rated seller who seems to be liquidating their new D&D stock (their storefront sucks, though they come up a lot in Amazon searches for D&D). Many of their books are less than $10 new.
Thanks for the great tip JD!

Fantastic Locations (you can always use good maps)
Finish up the 'Scape series
Maybe Drow of Underdark
Probably many Eberron books I haven't picked up yet.

I still want to pick up the Draconomicon, Lords of madness, etc. The monster ecology books. I figure they will keep a certain amount of usefulness, even in 4E. While the crunch may become obsolete, they'll still be very cool books.

Any 3e Eberron books yet to arrive (Dragons of Eberron, Stormreach, et cetera.).
Ditto. I have everything else I want/need, and getting something like ToB now would just be silly as I'll see it all again in 4E. ;)

Even if I'll have to convert the Eberron stuff, since it does not look like its the setting of choice until at least '09, I'll need my fix'n now (FR is so Eigthes! :D )

* Nothing for FR or Eberron, of any edition.
* None of the MMs beyond III, ever.

* Maybe one or two of the peculiar, and not so popular, alternative magic/powers/items/whatever type rules books (for example WoL).
* A bunch of 3rd party material for 3e/d20, even now.

That's about it.

I had a long list of books I was going to try and catch up on.. Eberron, Compendiums, PHB & DMG IIs...

Now I'm not sure... I'm torn between getting 3.5 (soon for dirt cheap) and playing on or just waiting for 4E and starting fresh. My buying comes in spurts, so I don't have a huge library (like my brother), so starting over doesn't hurt as much. But still, throwing away even $200 worth of (good) books just doesn't sit well.

As for the Digital <Service Unavailble/> Initiative, it is not enough to push me either way (see sig).

I'm also starting my son done the path of D&D... we just went through the Basic Set (blue Dragon), and I already purchased the Player's Kit to give him this year. Do I start his young gaming career on the new wave, or bring him along into Grogdard-dom.

ACK!!
