d4 = Unsatisfying
d6 = Classic form, stacks well into little towers on the table for when the GM is blathering on about some backstory crap.
d8 = Not bad, like a d6 but worse (but hey! 7's & 8's!).
d10 = More pleasant to roll than the d8, feel better in pairs than just about any other die, save perhaps the d6.
d12 = Fun die but it's sad when you roll 2 for your greatsword damage.
d20 = Excellent die, a true workhorse.
d30 = This bad boy cannot be contained, it WILL end up on the floor.
d100 = Usually two d10s, so that's nice, but who need 1% increments for anything? Or a hundred possibilities? Seems like too much work.
Your Special Dice with Weird Symbols for Your Custom System = No. Not doing it. Not buying them. Get over yourself.
